Refund Policy

This Refund Policy is provided by ETRYON LTD (“ETRYON”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and applies to purchases of subscriptions and credits for Etryon.ai services, including our website, WooCommerce/WordPress plugin, and Shopify app.

1. General rule

Payments for subscriptions and credits are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where we approve a refund at our sole discretion.

2. Subscriptions

‍

You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (unless your platform specifies otherwise).
We do not provide refunds for unused subscription time or partial billing periods.

3. Credits

‍

Credits are non-refundable, including unused credits.
Subscription credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over unless explicitly stated.
Purchased credits (one-time packs) do not expire unless explicitly stated at purchase time.

4. Shopify app purchases

‍

For the Shopify app, subscription charges and any refunds (if available) are handled through Shopify Billing and subject to Shopify’s billing processes and policies.

5. Charge errors and exceptional cases

‍

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, or you experienced a billing error, contact us and we will review your request.
